Returns Policy

At Dadeya, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.


1. Return Policy


If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To begin the process, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is verified, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and detailed return instructions.


Please note:


All returns must include a valid RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package.


Products must be in new, unused condition, and repackaged in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.


Returns that are not in their original condition or missing parts may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.


Used or damaged items will not be accepted under any circumstances and will be returned to the customer at their expense.


2. Exchange Policy


If you wish to exchange your item for a different model, color, or replacement product, please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your order.

After your return is approved and received, we will process your exchange promptly. If the replacement item has a price difference, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly.


3. Shipping Fees


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Any items refused upon delivery will incur charges for both the initial shipping fee and any return shipping costs.


Original shipping fees (including the $5 standard shipping charge) are non-refundable, except in cases where Dadeya is at fault.


4. Processing Time


Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds or exchanges will typically be processed within 7–10 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned item.
